Money Matters with Harry is a recurring segment on What’s Up Rochester? featuring Harry Powell and real-world conversations about the financial issues that affect all of us. Harry takes topics that can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming—budgeting, saving, credit, debt, everyday spending, retirement, unexpected expenses, and planning for the future—and breaks them down into conversations that are easy to understand and relevant to everyday life. The goal isn't to tell people what to do with their money, but to help listeners become more informed, ask better questions, and feel more confident when making financial decisions.

Jessica Lobuglio, BSN, RN
Jessica Lobuglio, BSN, RN is the Founder of AURA Infusions, a physician-referred outpatient infusion center currently in development in the Rochester, NY area. With nearly two decades of nursing experience across hospitals, home infusion, long-term care, and community healthcare settings, Jessica has cared for thousands of patients while witnessing firsthand the challenges of rushed environments, staffing shortages, and limited access to timely infusion care.
Through her work in home infusion, she recognized that many patients encountered barriers to receiving outpatient infusion therapy because of insurance site-of-care requirements. Those experiences highlighted the need for an accessible, community-based infusion center that expands treatment options by offering an alternative site of care that may be more cost-effective than hospital-based infusion settings, when clinically appropriate.
Inspired by these experiences, she founded AURA Infusions with the vision of creating a different kind of infusion experience—one that combines evidence-based care with a calm, thoughtfully designed environment where patients feel genuinely seen, respected, and cared for.
She believes that people remember how they were cared for long after the treatment itself, and that belief became the foundation for AURA Infusions.
