Betty Dolce is a lifelong resident of the City of Rochester with deep roots and an enduring love for her community. After a successful, long-term career in the corporate world, Betty decided to step away from the corporate ladder to pursue a mission close to her heart: giving Rochester residents a much-needed reprieve from today’s chaotic, divisive, and disruptive media landscape.
Driven by this vision, Betty launched ROC City Lifestyle, a hyper-local, community-based platform. As part of the prestigious national City Lifestyle network—which prides itself on high-design, luxury print publications and a massive digital footprint—Betty has tailored the Rochester franchise to reflect the unique spirit of her hometown. ROC City Lifestyle utilizes dynamic digital social media alongside its flagship, luxury print magazine to bring the greater Rochester community closer together.

Sarah Pavia is one of Rochester’s leading female entrepreneurs and creative voices. She is the founder of Second Look Boutique, a curated secondhand consignment shop located in the South Wedge that is redefining sustainable fashion, community connection, and creative expression.With a background in higher education, marketing, communications, PR, and events, Sarah brings more than a decade of experience as a writer, speaker, mentor, and business owner. In just its first year, Second Look Boutique earned two Best of Rochester nominations, and Sarah herself was honored with a Women of Distinction Award.More than just a boutique, Second Look has become a vibrant community hub focused on empowerment, styling, creativity, and helping people feel confident and seen. Sarah is known for her authenticity, heart, and ability to make everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.
