Dr. Tela Palmer

Dr. Palmer is a board-certified audiologist who has been helping children and adults improve their hearing and communication since joining Rochester Hearing & Speech Center in 2019. She specializes in hearing evaluations, auditory processing disorder testing, cochlear implants, bone conduction devices, and hearing technology for individuals of all ages.
As a provider for New York's Early Intervention Program, Dr. Palmer works closely with young children and their families to ensure they have access to hearing aids, cochlear implants, and assistive listening technology that can make a life-changing difference.
