Jazzy T is a 25-year broadcast veteran, podcast producer, and founder of JazzCast Pros, a woman-owned podcast production network dedicated to amplifying the voices of entrepreneurs, changemakers, and community leaders. A trusted media personality in Rochester, Jazz currently hosts the #1 afternoon radio show on WDKX-FM, where she has spent more than a decade shaping culture, conversation, and connection across the region.
Originally from Detroit Michigan, Jazz began her broadcasting career at just 18 years old while studying Telecommunication at Michigan State University. Her early career included work with BET, ESPN College GameDay, Warner Bros. Studios, and film production teams in Hollywood before ultimately bringing her talents to Rochester as News10 NBC's first on-camera traffic reporter.
As the founder and Director of Content Development for JazzCast Pros, Jazz has created a platform that removes the technical and creative barriers preventing people from sharing their stories through podcasting. Through mission-driven programming and strategic partnerships with organizations throughout Greater Rochester, her work focuses on entrepreneurship, MWBE advancement, financial literacy, wellness, and community empowerment.
Jazz is also the creator of the Aligned Entrepreneur Pod-A-Thon at WXXI Public Media, a live event uniting podcasters, business owners, and regional organizations through storytelling and collaboration. She was recognized as a 2026 ATHENA Young Professional Finalist by the Greater Rochester of Chamber of Commerce.

Aubrey Mann-Nurses Honor Guard

Aubrey Mann, BSN, RN – Founder, Nurses Honor Guard of Monroe County
Aubrey Mann, BSN, RN, is the founder of the Nurses Honor Guard of Monroe County, New York, and an adjunct clinical nursing instructor at Genesee Community College. Inspired by witnessing the honors bestowed upon fallen law enforcement officers following the line-of-duty death of Rochester Police Officer Daryl Pierson in 2014, Aubrey envisioned a similar tradition to recognize nurses for their lifelong service and dedication.
After discovering the Nurses Honor Guard movement while attending nursing school in Texas, she returned to Rochester determined to establish a local chapter. In 2024, she founded the Nurses Honor Guard of Monroe County with the mission of “Nurses Honoring Nurses.”
Under her leadership, the organization has grown to more than 50 volunteers and has provided dozens of meaningful tributes honoring nurses at funerals, hospice bedsides, retirement celebrations, and nursing pinning ceremonies. Aubrey is passionate about preserving the legacy of nursing and ensuring that nurses receive the dignity, gratitude, and recognition they deserve for a lifetime of compassionate service.
Nurses Honor Guard of Monroe County, NY
The Nurses Honor Guard of Monroe County is a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of “Nurses Honoring Nurses.” Founded in 2024, the organization provides dignified and meaningful tributes that honor nurses at the end of life, during retirement, and at other significant milestones in their professional journey.
Through the traditional Nightingale Tribute and Final Call to Duty Ceremony, volunteers recognize a nurse’s legacy of compassion, service, and commitment to caring for others. Ceremonies may include the reading of a personalized tribute, the ceremonial ringing of a bell, the extinguishing of the Nightingale lamp, and the presentation of a white rose to loved ones.
The organization serves nurses of all backgrounds, including LPNs, RNs, NPs, CNMs, and CRNAs, and welcomes volunteers ranging from nursing students to retirees. In addition to funeral and hospice tributes, the Honor Guard participates in nursing pinning ceremonies, retirement recognitions, conferences, community events, and educational outreach.
Through its work, the Nurses Honor Guard of Monroe County seeks to ensure that every nurse is honored for the profound difference they made in the lives of patients, families, and communities.

A proud queer woman sharing life with her Honduran partner and deeply rooted in the Black spiritual community, Lulu embraces the power of diverse perspectives and meaningful connection.
