Sarah Johnson is the founder of Emotional Health Hypnosis and a dedicated mental health professional whose life's work has centered on helping others heal, grow, and transform. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Counseling specializing in School Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, and certification as a hypnotist, Sarah brings decades of education and experience to her practice.
Before opening her private practice in 2017, Sarah worked in child and adolescent psychiatry, completed internships in juvenile detention and area school districts, and spent fifteen years volunteering in her local schools while advocating for mental health and emotional wellness. Throughout her career, she recognized that many traditional approaches left something missing, leading her to discover the powerful possibilities of hypnosis.
Today, Sarah specializes in what she calls Interactive Hypnosis—a collaborative approach that empowers clients by working alongside their subconscious mind rather than following a traditional expert-patient model. Her practice includes emotional energy clearing, inner child healing, regression work, and helping clients uncover the root causes of fears, trauma, phobias, and limiting beliefs. She is especially passionate about exploring past-life regression and the metaphysical aspects of healing, believing that understanding our deeper consciousness can create profound transformation in our present lives.
Sarah believes lasting change comes from within and that every person possesses incredible inner wisdom and strength waiting to be discovered. Her mission is to guide people through meaningful personal transformation, helping them access the tools they already have inside themselves while creating healthier, happier lives for both individuals and the community as a whole.
Heather Bundschuh- The Advent House

Advent House is a nonprofit comfort care home in Fairport dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in a peaceful, home-like setting where residents can spend their final days with dignity, comfort, and the support of loved ones. As an outreach ministry of Perinton Ecumenical Ministries, Advent House serves individuals who can no longer be cared for safely in their own homes while working in partnership with licensed hospice agencies to provide holistic physical, emotional, and spiritual care.
What makes Advent House truly unique is that every resident receives this extraordinary level of care completely free of charge. Supported by a dedicated staff, compassionate volunteers, generous donors, grants, memorial gifts, and community fundraising efforts, Advent House has become a place where families can focus on spending meaningful time together rather than worrying about the cost of care.
With a mission rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect, Advent House believes that every person deserves to experience comfort, peace, and love during life's final journey. Their commitment extends beyond residents to include emotional and bereavement support for families and friends, ensuring no one walks through this difficult time alone. For years, Advent House has been a treasured resource for the Greater Rochester community, offering hope, comfort, and unwavering support when it is needed most.
