Dr. Rachel Conley

Dr. Rachel Conley is the founder of Rochester Medical Weight Loss, where she has been helping patients achieve sustainable, healthier lives since opening her private practice in 2018. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

With a deep commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Conley specializes in bariatric medicine—treating weight not as a personal failure, but as a complex, chronic disease that requires compassionate, evidence-based care.

She is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding obesity and empowering her patients with the tools, education, and medical support they need for long-term success. Through a combination of medical therapy, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing support, she creates personalized treatment plans that truly work.

Beyond her practice, Dr. Conley is a strong advocate for increasing awareness around obesity as a disease and actively engages with the community to promote healthier lifestyles.
