Krista Hudson
Certified Life Coach
Krista is a Mom of 3 and certified life coach. She has two crazy puppies and 2 parakeets.
After diagnosing her middle son with adhd the puzzle pieces fit together for her. She was officially diagnosed at 35 with ADHD.
She helps late-diagnosed moms with ADHD stop apologizing for who they are and start living confidently.
Most of the women she works with have spent their lives people-pleasing, playing small, and thinking they were ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’ when really, their brains just work differently.
Krista helps them understand their ADHD, work with their brains, reclaim their identity, and create healthier relationships at home, at work, and with themselves.
