The Rochester West Indian Festival Organization, Inc. is celebrating 43 years in the City of Rochester. Every year, the City of Rochester comes alive for RWIFO's annual Carifest Festival and Parade. Now in its 40th year, Carifest will kick off with J'Ouvert on Friday August 7th 2026 at 5pm. The annual parade takes place on Saturday August 8th 2026 and will make its way through downtown Rochester, NY followed by the festival at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park.
